What the numbers say about me?

I am a promoter of the sport, physical activity and healthy eating in professional groups exposed to stress and unhealthy lifestyle, such as lawyers, entrepreneurs, etc. I have experience in working with people after a heart attack, disc disease, injuries and with eating and hormonal disorders, as well as with ailments such as hypertension, joint pain, back pain and osteoporosis. I help people who want to reduce body fat, build muscle mass and improve the condition and efficiency of the body.

Who am I helping?

In 2017, my health deteriorated. I was doing everything: three jobs, studying a day, and training on my own - I wasn't really doing anything right. It was a month before the operation, and I went to parties, alcohol, and as a consequence, I lost even more health and the shape I had developed over the years. This is the only period in my life when I was not #life in shape, and the photo on the left is a fitness "Memento mori" for me. After 2 months, I started everything again, but this time even more consciously and seriously. I constantly deepened my knowledge of training, diet and broadly understood wellbeing. I found solutions that really work. I changed my eating habits and tested different training methods. I asked myself many questions and actively sought answers. I trained with the best and learned on my own. I started training wisely, and regularly, according to a written plan. It took some time, but thanks to discipline and consistent action, I reached my goal and understood how to do it to achieve the intended results!

MY TRANSFORMATION

I've been training all my life and it's just my LIFESTYLE. I started my adventure with football at the age of eight. Around the age of 15-16, I tried strength training with home equipment, and finally went to the gym for the first time! My teenage years were full of sports. From the aforementioned football and weightlifting through martial arts, athletics to table tennis. Starting my studies at the Warsaw University of Physical Education, I got the nickname "coke" on the first day. I used to get annoyed when someone suspected me of using performance-enhancing drugs, but now they laugh about it. I am even proud that despite not taking anabolic substances, people think that my form cannot be developed naturally. In 2021 I won the Polish Championship in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I found out about the competition 2 weeks before, and a week before the start I tore the collateral ligament and the knee could sometimes "bend" inertly. Fortunately, my irreplaceable physiotherapist Olek secured my knee, calmed my psyche and I was able to start the competition. I won the entire tournament beating 4 players in a spectacular way. More sports years ahead of me and who knows what story will be born out of it. One thing is certain - I will continue to develop LIFESTYLE, which I run, and some things will remain the same #alllifeinshape

How can I help you?

Preventive examinations should be performed at least once a year. Before starting cooperation, they are not necessary, but to speed up the effects and ensure full safety and your health, I would recommend performing them.

Immediately after payment. After completing the survey or consultation, you will receive all schedules within 3 business days.

How quickly will I get the first information and survey?

The waiting time is up to 3 working days from the moment of completing the health questionnaire.

How much am I expected to wait for a training / nutrition plan after placing an order?

You receive an individually tailored nutrition plan with recipes. It is tailored to your needs and capabilities, thanks to the nutritional questionnaire you have completed. You can also get versions with general assumptions and substitutions if you do not like imposed recipes and feel confident in the kitchen.

What does the nutrition plan look like?

Depending on your abilities, the training may look different. I plan the training according to the completed health questionnaire and take into account your goal. Everything is adjusted individually.

How does the training look like and how often do I have to train?

It will depend primarily on your commitment. Small changes should be visible on average every two / three weeks.

How quickly will my figure change?

We will introduce changes accordingly. The longer we cooperate, the better we know your needs and the results are better.

What if the diet / training does not suit me?

If you want to keep a diet and training away, you get tips and guidelines that will help you with that, if you want to rest and not think about it, you just take it easy - it's up to you.

What if I'm going on vacation / business trip?

By completing the survey, you determine the budget you have for grocery shopping and dietary supplements. In this way, I adjust the nutrition to your financial possibilities. Most people on a diet spend less on food than before, because they limit, for example, trips to the city and food for delivery.

How much will the diet cost?

Of course! You can change the goal many times, you will also get suggestions for changes and direction, but you always make the decision.
